How does the live wedding magnet experience work?

Guests simply scan a QR code, upload a favorite photo from your wedding day—or one already saved on their phone—and we print and press it into a beautiful custom 2.5″ × 2.5″ magnet. Their personalized keepsake is ready to take home just minutes later.

Does each guest need to take a new photo?

Not at all. Guests can upload a photo taken at your event or choose a favorite already saved on their phone.

What is included with each package?

Every package includes setup and breakdown, an on-site attendant, real-time printing, and 2.5″ × 2.5″ magnets for the guests included in your selected package.

Which package should we choose?

Our Bronze package is designed for events with approximately 75 guests, Silver for approximately 125 guests, and Gold for approximately 200 guests. If your guest count falls between packages or exceeds 200, please contact us for a custom quote.

How much space do you need at the venue?

Our setup fits comfortably within a 10′ × 10′ space, similar to the footprint of a standard vendor booth. We’ll also need access to one standard electrical outlet and a reliable Wi-Fi connection to provide the best experience for your guests. Before your wedding, we’ll coordinate with you or your venue to ensure everything is ready for a seamless setup.

How far do you travel?

Travel within 30 miles is included. Locations beyond 30 miles are available for an additional $0.65 per mile. Contact us with your venue address for an exact travel estimate.

How long will you be at our event?

On-site service ranges from three to five hours, depending on the package you select.

When should we check availability?

As soon as you have your wedding date! Use our availability calendar to see if your date is currently open. Popular dates can fill quickly, especially during peak wedding season, so we recommend checking early.

How do we reserve our wedding date?

Start by checking our availability calendar. If your date is open, submit your wedding details and we’ll personally confirm availability, help you choose the best package for your guest count, and send you everything you need to officially reserve your date.
